My workout was great :)
Only an hour though because I don’t have more time right now so I’ll do the other hour at home later. I burned around 450 calories. At least that’s what the equipment told me I hope it’s not lying :) Now I’ll have some veggies my mom made.

Today has been okay.
I’ve had around 600 calories so far. That’s not great but my personal limit is 800. That may seem a lot to some of you but I like to stay somewhat healthy and 800 calories allow me to feel okay throughout the day and still lose weight. Plus I care a lot about my hair, skin and teeth lol. How’s everyones day going? Talk to me! :)

Today was total shit calorie-wise
but I went grocery shopping and bought some grapefruits, apples, a salad for work tomorrow, low calorie bread and a magazine about fitness and food and dieting that also includes a DVD with a 45 minute workout. :) I screwed up today and yesterday but I am ready to start fresh tomorrow. I also downloaded a bunch of yoga videos. I would have purged after my binge today but I had no privacy at all.....

I measured myself this morning
Bust: ca. 32 inches; 81 cm Waist: ca. 25,5 inches ; 64,5 cm Hips: 35 inches, 89 cm I’m happy with the bust and the hips but not the waist. Realistic for my height and bodytype would probably be around 62 cm or so. We’ll see. Could be worse though.

Ughhh today did NOT go as I hoped.
I went to the gym, felt really weak and sick so I went home. I ate home made pizza to feel better, but it had a reaaally thin crust and no cheese, just tomatoe sauce and mushrooms so I guess it’s not that bad.. I did eat a piece of pie though. WTF SCALE?!
I think I will not weigh myself anymore for a while. I worked out so much the past days, ate so little, I even feel skinnier, I step on the scale and it tells me I’ve GAINED weight?! I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast. That’s okay. I will not eat anything else and go to the gym later and afterwards eat very little. Fuck this!!!

My day so far.
After breakfast I went to the gym and worked out for about an hour and a half. Then I came home and ate a bowl of spicy carrot soup and a slice of bread with turkey breast. I will eat a joghurt in a few hours and that’s it. Today is a great day! <3
